Heading to the capital to see an Orthpedic specialist

I REALLY hope I don’t have something wrong with my miniscus.

I haven’t run in over a month due to my knee. Walking over a mile and going downhill is so painful.

But, on the bright side I’ll be home in about 17 days. :)

Then regular blogging will return.

  1. sans-fear said: See… you should be like me and switch from running for a workout, to LIFTING for a workout… but still do LIGHT cardio like elliptical or something…
