WTF.

How have I gained 1.5 lbs in a week?

I cut out diet soda completely - that should count for something RIGHT? Wrong. Diet soda helps me feel full with my meals and now without it maybe I’m eating too much? Maybe I’m just not being active enough? 

I just can’t even….

  6. justthroughthelookingglass said: when i have an off week, i remember that it takes a while for your body to show the results of good work. the changes u made this week may not show up until next week. so it doesn’t mean u did something wrong, just wait for ur body to catch up!
