UGH PB YOU RUIN THINGS WITH YOUR DELICIOUSNESS

Breakfast:

  • 2 egg whites and 1 egg
  • Tomatoes
  •  Onions
  • 1 small tortilla
  • 1/2 avocado
  • ketchup

Snack:

  • 2 mandarins

80 Calories

Lunch:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small tortilla
  • BBQ sauce and mustard

~250 Calories

Snack:

  • 1 banana and PB
  • more PB
  • MORE PB
  • EVEN MORE PB

? Calories (maybe about 350 to 400 ish?)

Ugh. Why can’t I stop eating PB! It’s so yummy. 

But it gets worse.

This morning Caitlin and I made a cake for our other sitemate’s birthday.

I will have one very tiny eensy weensy piece. The smallest piece imaginable if only to taste our hard work. THAT IS ALL. 

Then an all veggie, low carb dinner. :)
