WIW

Last weigh-in (November 12, 2011) = 132.2

This week = 133.5 

So it’s been a ridiculously long time since my last WIW. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still weighing myself and still seeing the number climb every damn day, but I haven’t been so keen on posting exact numbers. So since I only have FOURTEEN DAYS until I’m home I need to be more honest with myself and you guys. 

Time for mini operation get back down to where you were on 11/12/11 before you go home for Christmas vacation. Maybe that deserves a better name…

Nah, it’s good the way it is.

.:rUlEs FoR sAiD oPeRaTiOn:. (<- remember when typing like that was cool? wait, you mean it was never cool? damn…)

  1. NO MORE DIET SODA (Not even that one you have left just waiting to be chugged.)
  2. Sleep early!
  3. No food after 7pm. 
  4. Only water, tea, and coffee.
  5. Low carb dinners - a.k.a. veggies and protein!
  6. Aways eat breakfast with YUMMY CARBS for energy!
  7. WORK OUT. Plain. Simple. Easy. Right?

This should be a forever plan. But, for now I need to focus on the mini operation goal at hand.

Let’s do this.

Day Six Hundred and Seventy Four: 12/7/2011 (Aww, It’s been forever (318 days to be exact) since I’ve done one of these recaps)
Time: 7:40 am
Current Weight: 133.5
Weight Lost: 103 lbs
Feeling: Ready to kick some ass and bake some cookies with my women’s group.

Listening to: Christmas music, duh. :)
