My key is that I have a motivational partner doing it with me. I’m lucky to have my bf sticking to this with me. I can push him through his “I don’t wanna” days and he can push be through mine. Well it’s more him pushing me, but it works!

We set our minds to completing this workout and now it’s more of a challenge than ever! There’s always time, it’s just about finding the drive. I suggest changing into workout cloths when you get home before your body convinces you to change into pajamas.

I’m pretty competitive so that motivates me too. :)
