“Hey Madelynn I'm the anon from yesterday about the stairs! I'm 5'7 and a ridiculous 240 pounds although i don't look it. I have been trying to weigh myself every 2-3 weeks since weekly weighing discourages me. I'm capping my calories at 1400 but honestly trying to stay at about 1300. I think 1400 is perfect to start. You don’t want to shock your body with anything lower! 

My advice? Count calories like it’s nobody’s business - keep yourself accountable for every calorie consumed and burned! Start walking, climbing stairs, dancing in your underoos! Get active and you’ll see the lbs fall I promise! As long as you are honest with yourself, determined, and never willing to give up.
