I think 1400 is perfect to start. You don’t want to shock your body with anything lower!
My advice? Count calories like it’s nobody’s business - keep yourself accountable for every calorie consumed and burned! Start walking, climbing stairs, dancing in your underoos! Get active and you’ll see the lbs fall I promise! As long as you are honest with yourself, determined, and never willing to give up.

Today is day twenty of the Shut Up & Squat challenge and this is officially the longest I’ve ever managed to stick with an exercise challenge like this without giving up and forgetting about it. Huzzah!
